Analytics

What we measure

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages are read. It records the pages you view, how you reached the site, your approximate location, and your type of device and browser. It does not tell us who you are.

With the same consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: where people click, how far they scroll, and anonymised replays of visits. Text typed into the enquiry form is masked and never recorded.

We use this only to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

What is stored on your device

Google Analytics sets its cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, only after you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set; Google may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, without any identifier.

Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all until you choose Accept. It then sets cookies named _clck and _clsk; choosing Decline later stops it and removes them.

Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage, so the website does not ask again on every page.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the foot of any page to accept or decline at any time. Clearing this website's data in your browser also resets your choice.

Google and Microsoft process analytics data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry

The details you enter in the enquiry form, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation and message, are sent to Zoho Forms, which stores them for us so that our team can reply and route your enquiry to the right company.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at the address on our contact page.

To keep the form free of spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that an enquiry is sent by a person. It looks at signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes this data for us under its own terms and privacy policy.
